Scope of application<\/strong><\/p>\n

Application Clay slabs for the cladding of wood and metal constructions in interiors. For interior walls and cladding <\/p>\n

DIN 4103-1, installation zone 1 or 2, for roofs and roof surfaces. On surfaces of water exposure class W0-I according to DIN 18534-1, e.g. in bathrooms (except shower areas) and domestic kitchens. For the coating of the entire surface of wood-based and chipboards. With reinforcement layer, holder for YOSIMA Clay Design Plaster or ClayTec Fine Clay Finish Plaster 06 with ready-to-use ClayTec clay paint or the ClayFix clay coating system. <\/p>\n

Clay soil, wood fibres, starch, jute fabric (reverse on one side).<\/p>\n

Bulk density class 1.6, bulk density approx. 1,550 kg\/m\u00b3, thermal conductivity 0.353 W\/mK, \u03bc 5\/10. <\/p>\n

Water vapour adsorption class WS III.<\/p>\n

Heat storage: Cp 1.1 kJ\/kgK, D22= 35.1 kJ\/m\u00b2K,<\/p>\n

D16 = 25.5 kJ\/m\u00b2K.<\/p>\n

Building material class A2. (DIN 4102-1), A2 – s1 d0 (DIN EN 13501-1) Shrinkage on drying 4%. <\/p>\n

Component values<\/strong><\/p>\n

For stability according to DIN 4103-1, the sound insulation of walls and cladding, as well as the building material class and the fire resistance class for walls and ceilings, please refer to the ClayTec guidelines for environmentally friendly clay panels.<\/p>\n

Storage<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the warehouse on pallets, dry. Unlimited storage is possible. Protect from moisture during transport and storage on site. Carrying upright with two people <\/p>\n

Humidity<\/strong><\/p>\n

Moisture loads from wet installed plasters and screeds are not allowed. In general, the relative humidity during storage and after installation should not exceed 70%. <\/p>\n

Material requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n
