Ingredients:<\/strong> Sparkling glass, clay and marl, limestone powder, talc, cellulose, methylcellulose < 1%<\/p>\n

Delivery methods<\/strong>, packaging: 10 kg bucket, 33 pcs European pallet (7.5 litre putty, approx. 7.5 m\u00b2 surface area with 1 mm thickness. Approx. 1.33 kg\/m\u00b2 per mm plaster thickness).<\/p>\n

Storage<\/strong> It can be stored in a dry and cool place for an indefinite period.<\/p>\n

Preparation:<\/strong> 10 kg of dry mass is gradually mixed with approximately 5 litres of clean water using a drill (\u2265 800 watts) or a paddle stirrer (\u00d8 125 mm). The consistency should be pasty, suitable for the desired application method with trowel or spatula. <\/p>\n

Let the mixture sit for 30 minutes and then stir well. The putty is now ready for application.<\/p>\n

Support<\/strong> The substrate must be stable, non-elastic, frost-free, dry, clean, salt-free and sufficiently rough.<\/p>\n

Working method<\/strong>: Imperfections and holes should be filled in first, if necessary several times. Allow to dry each time. <\/p>\n

Clean surfaces before applying caulk. The putty can be applied with a thickness of 0-3 mm in each work session. The clay putty is spread with a trowel on the surface. <\/p>\n

If smoothing is required, it is done with light pressure and a closed trowel, the time necessary to achieve a smooth and closed surface.<\/p>\n

Working Time<\/strong> Once mixed, the putty remains usable for 24 hours if kept covered.<\/p>\n

Hardening<\/strong> The hardening time is 24 hours, depending on the drying conditions and absorbency of the substrate.<\/p>\n

Sample applications<\/strong>: Substrate suitability, adhesion and surface results should always be checked by sufficiently large sample applications.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
