Approx. 1.47 kg\/m\u00b2 per mm of plaster thickness), 48 bags\/pallet. <strong>COMPOSITION<\/strong> Sand up to 1.0 mm, clay and mud, talc, perlite, vegetable fibers, and cellulose. <strong>MORTAR PREPARATION<\/strong> The 25 kg dry mix is gradually stirred into 8-9 liters of clean water using a drill (\u2265 800 watts) or a mixer and mixing paddle (\u00d8 125 mm). The amount of water added is slightly less for bonding mortar. The consistency should be a paste until applied with a notched trowel or spatula. <strong>DRYING TIME<\/strong> The drying time is 24-72 hours, depending on the drying conditions and absorbency of the substrate. With additional mechanical fixing of the panel and subsequent thin-layer coating, work can resume immediately. <strong>WORKING SAMPLE<\/strong> The adhesive&#8217;s bond strength to the substrate must always be checked on the respective panel to be fixed using a sufficiently large working sample. Claims not due to factory mixing errors are excluded. <strong>STORAGE<\/strong> Storage in a cool, dry place is possible indefinitely. Dry products can be stored indefinitely. Thermosetting products must be stored protected from frost in winter, as their workability will otherwise be affected by freezing. <strong>MATERIAL VALUES<\/strong> Compressive strength 3.9 N\/mm\u00b2. Adhesive strength 0.85 N\/mm\u00b2.
