Apply liberally with a brush and scrub the affected area with a brush or sponge. Leave for 10 minutes. Then remove all traces of dirt with a sponge and clean water, and allow to dry completely. If necessary, repeat the process until the surface no longer releases dirt. It is normal for the surface to have a dark color, since FK-12 GEL, being a non-oxidizing product, does not produce a deceptive whitening effect, but it is very effective. <strong>2- PRIMING:<\/strong> Apply a generous coat of Disperlith Primer as a bonding agent and consolidating primer, and with BioFilmStop technology for high resistance to mold and bacteria. The surface to which Disperlith Primer is applied must be dry. Apply a coat with a brush or roller to the area previously cleaned with FK-12 GEL. Allow to dry without rinsing. The estimated drying time indoors is approximately 3 hours at 20\u00baC and 60% relative humidity. In the case of heavily contaminated and especially stained surfaces, after the Disperlith Primer has dried, it is advisable to isolate the stain with FK-33 Insulating Spray or FK-16 Primer, allowing the chosen primer to dry completely before proceeding with the final coat of Disperlith Industry. Uneven surfaces should also be consolidated with FK-16 or repaired with FK-13 Putty before painting with Disperlith Industry. 3- PAINTING: Apply two coats of Disperlith Industry as a final finish using a brush or roller. This paint is resistant to mold and microorganisms. The estimated drying time between coats, indoors, is approximately 2 hours at 20\u00b0C and 60% relative humidity.
