If frozen, store at room temperature 24 to 36 hours before use. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p><strong>Surface preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>The wooden surface must be clean, dry and frost-free (maximum humidity. 18%). Osmo Oil-Wax Original is ready to be used. Do not mix. Shake before use. Clean old microporous finishes thoroughly. Paints and old varnishes must be removed. As a general rule, wear a mask during floor polishing. Fill in any small imperfections, joints or holes in the wood (with Osmo Wood Paste). Polish wooden surfaces carefully. Start with coarse sandpaper \u2013 final sanding with P120-150, for furniture P180-240. Before oiling the surface, remove dust with a broom or vacuum. The finished surface, among other things, is influenced by the natural characteristics of the wood. We therefore recommend a test application, especially on unfamiliar surfaces.
