Adhesive and clay reinforcement mortar for reinforcement layers in clay boards, finishing boards, wood fiber and cork interior insulation. Clay adhesive and reinforcement mortar is composed of clay and cellulose. This ensures the best workability even with fine applications.
The adhesive and clay reinforcement mortar ensures the strength of the entire construction. It is the basis of the ClayTec and YOSIMA clay finishing plasters. With good preparatory work, it can also be easily applied with the ClayFix clay coating system or with the ready-to-use ClayTec clay paint.

APPLICATION
Adhesive and bonding mortar as a ready-made, dry, fine-grained mixture for bonding lightweight construction and interior insulation boards to various substrates, such as reinforcement mortar on clay building boards, clay-hemp boards, wood fibre insulation and wood fibre construction boards, as well as mineral foam boards such as cork.
PERFORMANCE
25 kg bags (yield 17 l of mortar for 5.7 m2. Approx. 1.47 kg/m2 per mm of plaster thickness), 48 bags/pallet.
COMPOSITION
Sand up to 1.0 mm, clay and mud, talc, perlite, vegetable fibres and cellulose.
PREPARATION OF THE MORTAR
The 25 kg dry mixture is gradually stirred in 8-9 liters of clean water using a drill (≥ 800 watts) or a stirrer and a stirring paddle (Ø 125mm).
The amount of water added is slightly less for grappling mortar. Consistency of pasty application until application with a notched trowel or spatula.
DRYING TIME
The drying time is 24-72 hours, depending on the drying possibilities and the absorbency of the substrate. With the additional mechanical fixing of the panel and the subsequent thin-film coating, work can be continued immediately.
WORK SAMPLE
The adhesive resistance to the substrate should always be checked with the respective panel to be fixed using a sufficiently large working sample. Claims that are not due to mixing errors in the factory are excluded.
STORAGE
Storage in a dry and cool place is possible for an indefinite time. Dry products can be stored for an unlimited period.
Thermosetting products should be stored protected from frost in winter, otherwise their workability will be affected by frost. Possibility of storage indefinitely
MATERIAL VALUES
Compressive strength 3.9 N/mm2. Adhesive resistance 0.85 N/mm2 The product meets the indoor climate requirements according to TM 06 DVL.
