It can be applied to any smooth mineral surface that is properly levelled and flat. Do not apply directly to the wall structure (brick, concrete block and so on) or, in general, to surfaces that are uneven and insufficiently flat.
Yes, it can be applied outdoors, with the following precautions: the ambient and substrate temperature must not be below 5 °C or above 30 °C, and the substrate must be dry; do not apply if rain is forecast within 4 hours, or on days of high humidity where drying cannot be assured; the base render must be even, absorbent, strong and flat, and must guarantee the impermeability of the façade; on concrete, the surface must be flat and clean, with no traces of laitance or form-release agents; the upper edges of the coating must be protected against the penetration of rainwater outdoors.
