APPLICABLE REGULATIONS
This electronic contract is entered into in compliance with Spanish regulations, specifically under the legal framework established by Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE) and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLDCU). The electronic contract is presented to the consumer in Spanish.These General Terms and Conditions of Purchase can be saved and reproduced at any time by the User making a purchase using their internet browser’s options, and must be accepted before proceeding to payment for the products. Likewise, the purchase confirmation email we send you will include a link to these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
PURCHASE PROCESS
To make a purchase on redverde.es, the User must follow the process below:
- Select the products you wish to purchase from those offered by RedVerde on its website.
- Once you have selected the product(s) you wish to purchase, you must click the “Add to Cart” button, and the product will be added to your shopping cart. If you wish, you can continue adding more products to your shopping cart.
During the checkout process, you can log in with your User account details or complete the registration form if you are not yet a registered User. Alternatively, you can complete the checkout process as a guest without registering. However, for purchases of €3,000 or more, tax information is required in accordance with applicable billing regulations.
Finally, you must choose your payment method from those offered by RedVerde on their website. Some payment methods, such as PayPal, are managed by the company that owns that payment method. Therefore, RedVerde declines any responsibility for problems arising from the use of these external systems or platforms.
Once the order process is complete, RedVerde will send you an email detailing your order information. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please contact us. If you notice any errors in the information entered in your order, you can correct them through the following means:

SHIPPING COSTS
At RedVerde, we ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and mainland Portugal.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the total weight of the order and the destination zone. There are two shipping options: standard shipping and palletized shipping. For certain weight ranges, customers can choose their preferred option during the checkout process.
If you live in the province of Málaga, you can select the free in-store pickup option. This option will be displayed during the checkout process if your address is within the province.
All prices shown below are exclusive of VAT. The applicable VAT will be added during the checkout process.

Orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving payment. Orders received after 3:00 PM on Fridays will be processed on Monday.
Once processed, orders shipped within mainland Spain generally arrive within 4 business days. Orders to the Balearic and Canary Islands, due to the unique aspects of maritime shipping, may take up to 15 business days.

RETURNS
At RedVerde, we want our customers to always be satisfied with our service. Therefore, we offer several methods for returning an order that may not meet your needs.
Possible Return or Cancellation Reasons:
The product is defective or has been damaged during shipping:
These products must be returned by the buyer in protective packaging, such as a box or protective bag. RedVerde will cover all shipping costs for both the delivery and return of the product.
RedVerde offers the buyer the option of using our shipping company for the collection of the merchandise, completely free of charge. If the buyer wishes to return the merchandise using a shipping company other than the one offered by RedVerde, and the shipping company selected by the buyer charges higher rates, the buyer will be responsible for the difference in shipping costs.
If the product has been damaged during shipping, please notify us by phone on the same day you receive the merchandise and note the damage on the carrier’s delivery slip. To expedite the return process, we would appreciate it if you could send us photographs of the damaged item and its packaging, showing the damage, as well as the item’s barcode and the label on the damaged box.
Before opening the product, we recommend that you verify that the packaging matches your order (model, color, size, finish, etc.). If you find any discrepancies, please file a claim immediately. If you notice any discrepancies before opening the product, please do not break the seal or open the packaging.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Spanish law, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase, allowing them to return the product if it does not meet their expectations.
This right of withdrawal must be exercised within 14 calendar days of receipt. To exercise this right, the product must be in perfect condition.
The purchase price will be refunded once the condition of the merchandise has been verified, using the same payment method used by the buyer, and in any case, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date RedVerde receives the return request, provided that RedVerde arranges the collection of the item. If the buyer returns the item through a shipping company of their choice, the 14-day period will begin from the date RedVerde is notified of the shipment or, failing that, from the date of receipt of the item.
The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs incurred when exercising the right of withdrawal. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us at THEKSFACTORY SL, Calle Alcalde Orozco Poada 10, P.I. El Viso, 29006 Málaga, Spain. and email address administracion@redverde.es, your decision to withdraw from the purchase, through an unequivocal statement, by letter sent by post, fax, or email.
If you have not yet received your order and wish to cancel or modify it, simply inform us of the changes you want to make. This will not incur any cost to you if your order has not yet been processed.

WARRANTIES
Unless proven otherwise, products will be considered to conform to the contract provided they meet all the requirements expressed below:
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The personal data collected during the online purchase process will be incorporated into a file owned by THEKSFACTORY SL., for the purpose of processing, shipping, and invoicing the purchased products. We will only share the data necessary to deliver the products with the transport and logistics company. In this regard, please note that your name, surname, delivery address, and telephone number will be included on the package. This last piece of information is included to allow the transport company to contact the recipient in order to facilitate the delivery process.
To place orders in the online store, each customer will voluntarily provide their personal data, which must be truthful and accurate, under their own responsibility. The User who completes the online purchase process declares that they are the owner of the information provided, or failing that, that they have authorization from the person on whose behalf they are acting.
Users may only place orders if they are of legal age. Otherwise, the responsibility for purchases made by minors will fall to their parents or legal guardians.
RedVerde does not intend to disclose your personal data except in the following cases:
- Required by an administrative or judicial authority in the exercise of its legally assigned powers.
- Required by law (e.g., the Tax Authority, in cases of invoicing or purchases of €3,000 or more).
- In the case of shipment of purchased products (the buyer’s data will be provided to the courier, logistics, or transport company).
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This website is governed by Spanish law. The parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the User’s domicile for the resolution of any disputes that may arise.
