Ingredients: Sparkling glass, clay and marl, limestone powder, talc, cellulose, methylcellulose < 1%

Delivery methods, packaging: 10 kg bucket, 33 pcs European pallet (7.5 litre putty, approx. 7.5 m² surface area with 1 mm thickness. Approx. 1.33 kg/m² per mm plaster thickness).

Storage It can be stored in a dry and cool place for an indefinite period.

Preparation: 10 kg of dry mass is gradually mixed with approximately 5 litres of clean water using a drill (≥ 800 watts) or a paddle stirrer (Ø 125 mm). The consistency should be pasty, suitable for the desired application method with trowel or spatula.

Let the mixture sit for 30 minutes and then stir well. The putty is now ready for application.

Support The substrate must be stable, non-elastic, frost-free, dry, clean, salt-free and sufficiently rough.

Working method: Imperfections and holes should be filled in first, if necessary several times. Allow to dry each time.

Clean surfaces before applying caulk. The putty can be applied with a thickness of 0-3 mm in each work session. The clay putty is spread with a trowel on the surface.

If smoothing is required, it is done with light pressure and a closed trowel, the time necessary to achieve a smooth and closed surface.

Working Time Once mixed, the putty remains usable for 24 hours if kept covered.

Hardening The hardening time is 24 hours, depending on the drying conditions and absorbency of the substrate.

Sample applications: Substrate suitability, adhesion and surface results should always be checked by sufficiently large sample applications.
