Manual or machine application over masonry, solid building materials, reeds, etc. COMPOSITION Natural building clay up to 5 mm, washed or crushed mixed-grain sand 0-2.8 mm. Grain group, larger grain size according to DIN 0/4, <5 mm. STORAGE Suitable dry storage without time limit. Clumping due to drying may increase preparation effort; therefore, claims for this reason are excluded. The product with natural moisture must be stored protected from frost in winter, as otherwise its workability will be affected during freezing conditions. SURFACE Clay plasters only adhere mechanically. The surface must be sound, frost-free, dry, clean, free of efflorescence, sufficiently rough, and absorbent. As a primer, the red - DIE ROTE is suitable for coarse clay mortars (ClayTec 13.435-.430). To fix the surface dust, if necessary, dampen the surface or pre-wet the substrate (spraying). The tubular mesh must be dry. Remove any old paint layers that form a film. WORKING TIME Processing time: Since no chemical setting process occurs, the material can be processed for several days if kept covered. It can also be left in plastering machines and hoses for this time. DRYING After application, rapid drying must be ensured, for example, by cross-ventilation (24 hours a day with all windows and doors open) or drying equipment.
