Single or multi-layer base and finish plaster for interiors. Mineral clay plaster is a base and finishing plaster in a single product. Its angular sand gives it resistance. After application, the mortar dries very quickly and can continue working immediately. As a base plaster, it is suitable for all thick and fine clay plasters from ClayTec, e.g. YOSIMA.

As a plaster with a rough or smooth finish with a mineral texture and no straw, it is painted with the ClayFix clay paint system.

APPLICATION

Single or multi-layer base and finish plaster for interiors. Manual or machine rendering on masonry, solid building materials, cane, etc.

COMPOSITION

Natural construction clay up to 5 mm, washed or crushed mixed grain sand from 0-2.8 mm.

Grain group, top grain size according to DIN 0/4.5 < mm.

STORAGE

Adequate dry storage with no time limit. Drying agglomeration can increase the preparation effort, so claims for this reason are excluded. The product with natural moisture should be stored frost-protected in winter, otherwise its processability during frost will be affected.

SUPPORT BASE

Clay plasters are only mechanically adhered. The surface must be resistant, frost-free, dry, clean, saltpeter-free, sufficiently rough and absorbent. As a primer, red - DIE ROTE is suitable for coarse clay mortars (ClayTec 13.435-.430). To fix the dust on the surface. If necessary, moisten the surface by pre-wetting the substrate (spraying). The tubular mesh must be dry. Remove old layers of paint that form film.

WORKING TIME

Processing time: Since no chemical setting process occurs, the material can be processed for several days if kept covered. It can also be left during this time in the plaster spraying machines and hoses.

DRYING

After application, rapid drying must be ensured, e.g. by cross ventilation (24 hours a day with all windows and doors open) or drying devices. Under critical conditions, drying must be recorded in accordance with DIN 18550-2. For more details, please refer to this standard or the ClayTec "Clay Plaster Worksheet". We will be happy to provide you with information separately.

The basic microbiological load of products with natural moisture 05.030 and 05.230 is subject to constant monitoring; compliance with certain values cannot be guaranteed
