Osmo Decking Oil maintains and protects outdoor wooden floors, garden furniture and lattices or fences, made of all types of conifers, tropical or leafy, e.g. Copper-plated pine, Douglas fir, oak or Bangkirai.

Storage:

Up to 5 years or more if the can has been kept firmly closed and in a dry place. If frozen, store at room temperature 24 to 36 hours before use.

Surface preparation:

The wooden surface must be clean, dry and frost-free (maximum humidity. 18%). Osmo Oil-Wax Original is ready to be used. Do not mix. Shake before use. Clean old microporous finishes thoroughly. Paints and old varnishes must be removed. As a general rule, wear a mask during floor polishing. Fill in any small imperfections, joints or holes in the wood (with Osmo Wood Paste). Polish wooden surfaces carefully. Start with coarse sandpaper – final sanding with P120-150, for furniture P180-240. Before oiling the surface, remove dust with a broom or vacuum. The finished surface, among other things, is influenced by the natural characteristics of the wood. We therefore recommend a test application, especially on unfamiliar surfaces.
