Compared to conventional finishes, the use of plant ingredients creates a more homogeneous coloration and a more harmonious appearance.
Simple application: no primer or sanding in between, saving time and money. Ideal for wood and other microporous surfaces; It does not crack, peel, flake, or blister. Resistant to stains from wine, beer, cola, tea, fruit juice, milk and water in accordance with DIN 68861-1A (without watermarks). Once dry it is harmless to people, animals and plants (resistant to saliva and sweating, according to DIN 53160 (German industrial standard), valid for children's toys according to EN 71.3 (European Standard).

Osmo Cera-Deco is ideal for the protection and embellishment of wood in interiors: friezes, mouldings, beams and doors. It is also valid for slatted panels, chipboards, OSB and MDF. Ideal as a tinted primer for wooden floors and for renovating darkened wood surfaces.
Especially recommended for children's toys.

More than 5 years if the can is perfectly closed. If frozen, store at room temperature for 24 to 36 hours before use.
Surface preparation:
The wooden surface must be clean, dry and frost-free (maximum humidity 18%). Cera-Deco Osmo is ready to use, not mix. Shake well before use. Clean previous microporous finishes meticulously. Old paints or varnishes should be completely removed. As a general rule, wear a mask during sanding work. Fill the small cracks, joints or holes with OSmo Grouting Putty. Sand the surface carefully, initially with coarse sandpaper – final sanding for floors with P120-150 grit, and for furniture P180-240. Before applying any oil, remove the dust with a broom or vacuum cleaner. If possible, apply product on all sides before installing. The finish is influenced by various factors, including the natural characteristics of each wood; That is why we recommend a previous test, especially on surfaces that are not familiar.
