Quick-drying, colourless or transparent wood treatment for basic care and maintenance of oiled/waxed wooden floors.
Dull and nuanced floors are revived with Osmo Maintenance Oil. Treatment with Maintenance Oil at the right time allows you to avoid costly sanding and renovation work. It is also suitable for changing the degree of gloss on surfaces treated with intact Osmo Oil-Wax.
Ideal for wood; The microporous surface does not peel, crack, flake or swell. It is resistant to wine, beer, colas, coffee, tea, fruit zomos, milk and water, in accordance with DIN 68861-1A - without watermarks.
Once dry, the finish is harmless to humans, animals and plants and is suitable for children's toys, according to the European standard EN 71.3 and is resistant to saliva and sweating, according to DIN 53160 (German industrial standard).

Osmo Maintenance Oil is recommended for the maintenance of all types of wooden floors finished in Oil-Wax. Solid flooring, multilayer, parquet, cobblestone, OSB board and cork flooring; as well as stairs and furniture.
Especially recommended for public spaces (e.g. restaurants, museums and other high-traffic areas).
Additional Information:
Up to 5 years and more if the can is stored in a dry and hermetically sealed place. If it solidifies from the cold, store for 24-36 hours at room temperature, before use.
Surface preparation:
The surface of the wood must be clean, dry and frost-free (maximum moisture content 18%).
Osmo Maintenance Oil is ready to use: do not dilute. Shake well before use.
Meticulously clean the surface with Osmo Intensive Cleaner and rinse (with a damp mop) with clean water. The surface finish depends on several factors, including the natural characteristics of each wood. Therefore, you should perform a pre-test, especially on surfaces that are unfamiliar to you.
