Opaque, slightly satin, microporous protective wood finish with unbeatable durability. Osmo Opaque White Paint has an extremely high solids content of 85%. This high content of permanent components gives it great durability and performance. Osmo Opaque White Paint has excellent cohesion and will not peel, crack, flake, or swell. No sanding is required; simply reapply. No primer is needed. Application is quick and easy. The finish can be worked and corrected while applying. Once dry, the coating is harmless to humans, animals, and plants, and is suitable for children's toys (according to European standard EN 71.3) and resistant to saliva and perspiration, according to DIN 53160 (German industrial standard). Used for:

Osmo Matte White Paint is recommended for any exterior and interior wood. An ideal finish for treating or renovating any stable structural element, such as windows, doors, or handles, and non-stable elements, such as eaves, fences, gates, pergolas, trellises, garden pavilions, wooden houses and cabins, garden furniture, etc.

Storage:

Up to 5 years and longer if the can is stored in a dry place and tightly sealed. If it solidifies due to cold, store for 24-36 hours at room temperature before use.

Surface Preparation:

The surface must be clean, dry, and frost-free (maximum wood moisture content 20%). Osmo Matte White Paint is ready to use; please do not dilute. Shake well before use. Thoroughly clean any previous microporous coatings. Old paints or varnishes must be completely removed. As a general rule, you should wear a dust mask while sanding. The surface finish depends on several factors, including the natural characteristics of each type of wood. Therefore, you should test it beforehand, especially on unfamiliar surfaces. For added protection against blue stain, mold, or insects, you can pretreat all surfaces with Osmo WR Primer.
