OSMO Original Wax Oil for Interior Wood

Osmo Original Oil-Wax is suitable for protecting all types of wood floors, such as solid wood, engineered wood, OSB board and cork flooring, as well as furniture.

Additional Information:

Up to 5 years or more if the can has been kept tightly closed and in a dry place. If frozen, store at room temperature for 24 to 36 hours before use.

Surface Preparation: The wooden surface must be clean, dry, and frost-free (maximum humidity 18%). Osmo Original Oil-Wax is ready to use. Do not mix. Shake well before use. Thoroughly clean old microporous finishes. Paints and old varnishes must be removed. As a general rule, wear a mask while sanding floors. Fill small imperfections, joints, or holes in the wood (with Osmo Wood Filler). Sand wooden surfaces carefully. Start with coarse sandpaper – final sanding with P120-150 grit, for furniture P180-240 grit. Before oiling the surface, remove dust with a broom or vacuum. The finished surface is influenced, among other things, by the natural characteristics of the wood. Therefore, we recommend a test application, especially on unfamiliar surfaces.
