TopOil oil-wax for interior wood by OSMO

Technical information:

Used for:

TopOil Osmo is ideal for protecting furniture and work surfaces made of solid wood or laminated board (e.g., kitchen countertops, desks, shelves, etc.) indoors. Also suitable for cork and OSB board.

Additional Information:

Up to 5 years and more if the can is stored in a dry place and tightly sealed. If it solidifies due to cold, store for 24-36 hours at room temperature before use.

Surface Preparation:

The surface must be clean, dry, and frost-free (maximum humidity, 18%). Osmo TopOil is ready to use; please do not dilute. Shake well before use. Clean off any old microporous finishes. Old paints and varnishes must be completely removed. As a general rule, wear a dust mask during sanding. Fill small cracks, joints, or holes in the wood (with Osmo filler). Sand the wood surface carefully. Start with coarse sandpaper and finish with P220-240 furniture grit. Before oiling the surface, remove dust from the wood with a broom or vacuum cleaner. The surface finish depends on several factors, including the natural characteristics of each type of wood. Therefore, you should perform a test beforehand, especially on unfamiliar surfaces.
